WOPEN’s structure and functioning general assembly meeting



Location: WOPEN’s head office Savanah street commercial avenue


Date: October 14, 2022


Goal: Lay down the grounds for the proper structure and functioning of the network and expectations from member organizations to expand the agenda of the network.


Objective: To let members of the network know the networks achievements Ensure members of the network know their duties and responsibilities to the network



Activity Realizations



• The network has been fully registered as a CIG with all financial and legal documents available for its operationalization. We are waiting for its Association registration statues from our legal adviser who is now in charge of the registration procedures.


• Uniforms are available at 15,000XAF each for members to purchase and use for the networks outdoor activities


• The network has a funded project that will run for three months starting October to December 2022


• Acting members of the Network have registered and some have submitted their organizations documents
